By downloading, installing, or using any application published by YKE Studios ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.
These terms apply to all mobile applications published by YKE Studios and available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Our applications are free to use and are supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using our apps, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. You agree not to use any technical means to block, interfere with, or circumvent the display of advertisements.
In some apps, you may watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock certain features. This is entirely optional.
Some of our applications offer optional in-app purchases, including one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, a premium tier). Purchases are entirely optional, and our apps remain usable without them.
Billing. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play using the payment method on your store account. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
Auto-renewal. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, if you do not cancel before the trial ends it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the standard price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase the subscription, where applicable.
Prices. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, may vary by country or region, and may change over time. Applicable taxes may be added.
Refunds. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; any refund request must be made through the relevant store.

Any data you enter into our applications (such as personal metrics, financial records, or scores) is stored locally on your device and is your sole responsibility. We do not access, store, or process this data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Any health-related features within our applications are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for health decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YKE Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our applications — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other loss.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our applications shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application (which, for free applications, is zero).
Our applications integrate third-party services including Google AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies:
We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
We may update our applications from time to time. Updates may change or remove features. Continued use of an application after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
We reserve the right to discontinue any application at any time without notice. Upon discontinuation, your license to use that application terminates.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your license to use our applications immediately ceases.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hatay, Turkey.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
