Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by YKE Studios. It has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and Google Play's developer policies. By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Where an app has practices that differ from or extend this general policy, those differences are described in the App-Specific Notes section at the bottom of this page.

What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or any account credentials
- Your precise location or GPS data
- Your contacts, camera, or microphone data
- Any financial or payment information
- Any data that leaves your device and reaches our servers
We do not operate any servers that store personal data.
Data Stored on Your Device
Some of our apps may ask you to enter information (such as your name, height, or weight) to personalize your experience. This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party.
Apps that do not require personalization collect no user data whatsoever. You can always delete locally stored data by uninstalling the app, or through the in-app data deletion option where available — see App-Specific Notes for details.
Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
Some of our apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. We do not directly collect or process this data — it is handled entirely by Google LLC. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (GAID) and similar device identifiers
- IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
- Device information (model, OS version, language)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- App usage data related to ad delivery
This data is processed under Google's own privacy policy. We do not have direct access to it. See App-Specific Notes to learn whether a specific app uses AdMob.
Purpose and Legal Basis
The data collected via Google AdMob is used solely to display advertisements within the app. The legal basis for this processing depends on your location:
- EEA and UK users (GDPR): Processing is based on your explicit consent, collected via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) when you first launch the app.
- All other users: Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing free apps supported by advertising revenue (KVKK Article 5/2-f).
GDPR & Consent Management
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we are required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to obtain your consent before showing personalized advertisements.
We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to present a consent dialog when you first open the app. You may choose to:
- Accept personalized ads based on your interests
- Decline and receive non-personalized ads only
To reset your consent choice, you can reinstall the app — the consent dialog will be presented again on first launch. If you withdraw consent, personalized advertising will stop and only non-personalized ads will be shown.

Third-Party Services
Where applicable, our apps use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC. We encourage you to review Google's policies:
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings (Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
International Data Transfer
Data collected by Google AdMob may be processed on Google's servers located outside of Turkey. Google LLC complies with applicable international data transfer frameworks. For more information, refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We do not retain any personal data on our own systems. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies. Any data stored locally on your device is retained until you uninstall the app or use the in-app deletion option.
Data Deletion
You can delete all data stored locally by any of our apps at any time by uninstalling the app. Where an app provides an in-app account or data deletion option, the steps to use it are described in the App-Specific Notes section below.

Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through one of our apps, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Where applicable, our use of AdMob is configured to comply with child-directed content regulations (COPPA).
App Updates and Discontinued Apps
If a future app update introduces new data practices, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and users will be notified within the app where possible.
If we discontinue an app, all locally stored data remains on your device and under your control. Since we do not operate servers storing personal data, there is no remote data to delete upon discontinuation.
Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights:
- The right to learn whether your personal data is being processed
- The right to request information about the processing
- The right to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- The right to know the third parties to whom data is transferred
- The right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion or destruction of personal data
- The right to object to processing
- The right to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

The following notes describe data practices specific to each YKE Studios app, supplementing the general policy above.
- Data collected: Transaction records, subscriptions, budget limit, and preferences — stored only on your device. No data is sent externally; we operate no servers.
- Advertising: Uses Google AdMob.
- In-app data deletion: Not available as a separate option — uninstall the app to permanently delete all locally stored data.
- Data collected: None. The app does not collect or store any personal data.
- Advertising: Uses Google AdMob.
- In-app data deletion: Not applicable — no user data is stored.
- Data collected: Name, height, weight, and daily water intake history — stored only on your device.
- Advertising: Uses Google AdMob.
- In-app data deletion: Open the app → Settings → tap "Delete My Account" → confirm. All locally stored data will be permanently deleted.
- Data collected: Top scores list — stored only on your device. No data is sent externally.
- Advertising: Uses Google AdMob.
- In-app data deletion: Not available as a separate option — go to device Settings → Apps → One Button Lies → Clear Data to reset all scores and progress.
